Umbrellas are now available for the American Modern 10+ Landlord Program.

The 10+ program is for landlords who have more than 10 dwellings scheduled on one policy. The program offers liability limits of $1 million, which is sometimes not sufficient for larger lardlords. A new $5 million excess follow form policy is now available to meet this need.

Our hit ratio with the 10+ Landlord program is very, very good. If underwriting is willing to quote it, chances are good we will write it. With this new umbrella offering, the program should be even more competitive.
